Chesvale Flats | Chesham 2001 - 2005
The scheme provided modern flats for local people within the town of Chesham, located on a former bowls green, working in Partnership with a local RSL.
The new building contains 18no. one bedroom flats served by three separate communal staircases, and each flat has been provided with external amenity space in the form of patios on the ground floors and balconies to the rear on the upper floors which overlook the adjacent platforms of the London Transport Underground Station.
Completed in 2005, this scheme was one of the Practice's early PPC 2000 projects.
