Rye Park | Hoddesdon 2002 - 2005
A competition winning design for two care homes, two supported living flats and a respite unit all contained on a tight brownfield site close to the heart of Hoddesdon. As with all our care provision schemes, the buildings are sustainable and can, if the need arises, revert to General Needs Housing in the future.
The project formed part of a PPC 2000 Partnership between a local RSL, a Contractor, Health Authority and County Council, with Kyle Smart Associates Limited as Lead Designer throughout the project.
The scheme was completed and has been operational since January 2005.
