A competition winning project consisting of 12 Supported Living Flats with communal facilities. The building was constructed whilst the original care provision on part of the site remained in full occupation.
A PPC 2000 project with a major RSL, Contractor, Health Authority and County Council stakeholders. The scheme was completed in December 2005 allowing residents and staff to move into their new building.
The original care home was demolished to make way for Phase Two of the project which consisted of a new development of social housing.
