Bexfield Court | Cheshunt 2003 - 2007
A mixed tenure development of 20 dwellings for local people consisting of a mix of two storey maisonettes of family dwellings and one and two bedroom flats, on a brownfield site.
Working with an RSL, the proposal replaced an existing 1960's building, that was in a poor state of repair, with a modern development that maximised the potential of the site while enhancing the security of the area with natural survelliance of the surrounding areas.
Ground floor properties were provided with private gardens while upper floors were provided with external balcony amenity space. An existing footpath link was retained between the two blocks of the building and was spanned with a feature canopy structure.
