Designed as a landmark development close to Ware town centre, the scheme provides 28 flats for local people. Working with a major RSL in Partnership with the local authority.
Located on a brownfield site, the building has used a MMC system based on a lightweight steel frame, that was enclosed within mixed external finishes of white through colour render, zinc cladding and light buff coloured brickwork.
The building was completed in November 2007 and achieved an EcoHomes Very Good rating.
