Kyle Smart Associates Limited have worked with the Planners, Parish and RSL to identify the better of two possible sites in the local area.
 
Several feasibilities have been prepared and have presented to the local community and consultations are still ongoing.
 
The current scheme would provide a mixture of affordable housing, bungalows and maisonettes aimed at housing for local people and it is hoped that this can be submitted for Planning in the near future.
