Working with a local charity for people with learning disabilities, the scheme consists of 11 apartments designed for independent living, while also providing support and communal facilities to allow families and support staff to assist the residents when required.

Each apartment consists of a one bedroom unit with an independent kitchen, lounge and bathroom. These facilities are supplemented with staff and visitor sleep over facilities, a meeting room, office space, quiet room and a communal lounge.
