Competition winning project consisting of 12 supported flats plus communal facilities. The building was constructed wholly whilst the original care home on the site remained in full occupation.

PPC2000 project with a major RSL, Contractor, health Authority and County Council a stakeholders. Completed December 2005 and demolition of the former care home is due to commence in Spring 2006 to make way for social housing.
