The scheme  for Aldwyck Housing Association, which was completed in 2016, consists of 82 extra care flats for older persons with communal areas, support facilities and associated parking areas.

The general layout of the building on the site has been arranged so that it creates a strong emphasis on the corner towards the main access road.

The heart of the building is clad in a three toned rainscreen cladding system which creates an iconic visual look, that draws people into the scheme.

Since opening, the communal restaurant on the ground floor has quickly become a favourite with both the residents and the local community, encouraging continual interactions between the two communities.
