A proposed two storey development to provide housing for the elderly with flexible options for providing diverse and alternative tenure. The approach is a modern design sensitive and in proportion to the neighbouring church and the streetscape. Each flat would have access to open space or a balcony and each is designed to be as flexible as possible in line with the Lifetime Homes philosophy.
