A long term community based project, involving local residents in establishing phased environmental improvements to an inner city estate. Creating master plans for the works, liaising with residents by public meetings, and project managing the phased redevelopment works.
 
Phases 1 and 2 are complete, with later the phases currently on site. These involve addressing the issues of access and security to communal areas including parking. There is also reorganisation and refurbishment of pedestrian areas and damaged or worn out features of the original scheme, which include the overhaul of the balconies.
