A proposed three and part two storey building is to be constructed to provide 13no. shared ownership flats on the southern part the site.
 
Kyle Smart Associates, as part of the Partnering Team, won the design competition to develop an existing outlined planning permission through to detailed design and construction. The scheme also includes a second building on the northern part of the site that will provide supported housing and will be cross funded by the proposals shown here.
