This competition winning scheme will see the construction of 12no. new supported living accommodation flats to replace ageing existing care provision. Once completed, the existing facilities will be demolished to allow for the construction of 13no. shared ownership flats to part subsidise the scheme.
 
Specific factors influencing the scheme include: existing inherited site restrictions, residents on site during the construction, with full consultation and involvement throughout. This ensures that residents, staff and advocates are fully informed and have the opportunity to exercise choice wherever possible. Internal communal spaces are provided to encourage resident participation and interaction.
