These flats form the general needs element of a large redevelopment on the site of an existing care home in Bushey.
 
They consist of a total of 12 two bedroom flats are provided in two separate blocks. All have private external space in the form of patios or rear facing balconies overlooking the communal gardens. To the front shared surfaces form parking and common public space, and employ the principles of home zones.

The flats use modern methods of construction (MMC) to aid the speed of the construction programme.
