We are known as being good value for money. We like to think that the right consultant for the team should be chosen on merit and not in a fee bid. We therefore prefer not to fee bid against other Consultants but are prepared to give an indication of fees which can be negotiated further if our work is of interest.
We work on both percentage basis and fixed price basis, but the fee is fixed only once the full extent of the work involved is known.
As Architects we are not only a drawing machine but feel that the expertise within the Practice can benefit the Client on a wider plane than merely providing drawn information. This is particularly so in our work in Care Home reprovision and estate regeneration where it is not uncommon for us to work for a considerable period, with the Client, to make the project succeed to the stage where drawings can commence. We are used to working at risk to a point where the scheme becomes viable.
We are also able to offer SAP Assessments and EPC Certificates in-house, and are also able to provide services as a Code For Sustainable Homes Assessor, Project Management and as CDM Coordinators.
