At Kyle Smart Associates Limited we understand that education and training are an essential component in achieving good design and efficient project management and cost control. Weekly CPD seminars are held throughout the year on a variety of subjects to ensure that product awareness, technical knowledge, as well as the legal aspects of the job, are kept up-to-date and relevant to the projects at hand. These are supplemented with in-house presentations and circulars reporting on the progress of projects to ensure that knowledge and expertise gained on one scheme is transferred to others.
In recent years office trips to a number of European Cities were organised to broaden knowledge and to team build. Destinations have included Riga, Vilinius, Tallinn, Prague, Budapest and Istanbul.
Kyle Smart Associates Limited also actively supports work experience training for our Part II assistants, supporting them during their Part III training. In the last two years we have also been able to offer brief summer work experience placements for local school children who were interested in a career in the Construction Industry.
