Architect and Managing Director with more than 25 years designing Social Housing, within existing Communities, for older persons and for people with learning or physical disabilities. Colin has given various talks to HCA, Hertfordshire County Council and RSL's on designing for older persons, Building For Life, Design and Quality Standards and Code For Sustainable Homes.
He is a hands on Core Group member of a number of Partnerships for the delivery of older person's accommodation with North Hertfordshire Homes, Aldwyck Housing Group, Network Housing, Riversmead and Watford Community Trust on schemes ranging from £500,000 to £15,000,000.
Lead consultant on discussions and consultations with residents - "fronts up" discussions and any consultation sessions, tailored to suit each project's individual circumstances - politically astute.
Colin is also a Code For Sustainable Homes Assessor and an Accredited Energy Assessor. He is dedicated to a balanced community and quality of design and delivery.
