Architect and Director for more than 9 years designing Social Housing, within existing Communities, for older persons and for people with learning or physical disabilities, with previous experience in Schools Architecture.

Concept Architect for Bircherley Court in Hertford, St Paul's Place in St Albans, Beechridge Lodge in Baldock, Priory Lane in Royston, Calton House in Hertford - all Older Persons or Flexicare projects as well as for Westmill Estate project in Hitchin, a mixed use regeneration scheme.

Chris was the Project Architect for Parkside, Vicerons Place in Bishops Stortford - the first Flexicare project in Hertfordshire completed in 2005, and is the project Director for Beechridge Lodge, Eric Steele House and Calton Court regeneration projects.

Chris works with Colin Smart on preparing feasibilities for remodelling existing properties for specific Client groups.
