Architect and Director with more than 14 years designing Social Housing, within existing Communities, for older persons and for people with learning and physical disabilities.
Graham is the Project Director responsible for Bircherley Court, which involves the remodelling of existing sheltered housing to a 70 flat Flexicare scheme for older persons.
He works closely with Colin Smart on preparing feasibilities for remodelling existing properties for specific Client groups, and has been involved in a number of private housing development schemes for local developers.
