A competition wining design for 2 care homes, 2 supported living flats and a respite unit, on a brownfield site. As with all our care provision, the buildings are sustainable and can be reverted to general needs housing in the future if required.

The project is part of a PPC2000 partnership between RSL, Contractor, Health Authority and County Council, with Kyle Smart Associates Limited acting as Lead Designer throughout. Completed in January 2006.
