The development for the Diocese of Westminster consists of the demolition of an existing presbytery and construction of a new Presbytery and maisonettes including a new Parish Office.

In order to provide a strong architectural feature to the properties we have designed a prominent gable to replicate what is seen on buildings to the west of the site. We have taken precedent from the surrounding buildings when choosing materials for the scheme, with the main materials being brick and render, with brown clay tiles to reinforce its link with the Church opposite.
