Following a series of revisions to the proposed scheme, Planning Consent was achieved for an extension and refurbishment of the existing building, located on a prominent site adjacent to the Tring Conservation Area.
The project has started on site and will see an extension to the rear of the building, replacing the poor quality existing extensions with new flats and communal facilities for this existing care facility located close to the town high street.
